On Monday, April 8th, 2019, John Adams Bands hosted a guest percussionist, Cameron Leach, for a clinic and solo recital. During the clinic, there were three students who performed solos on the snare drum and marimba and one piece that was performed by the full percussion ensemble. All students received valuable feedback that they can use to improve their music for future performances.
We are very thankful for the special opportunity to work with a professional musician one-on-one and to listen to his astounding recital! Thank you, Cameron Leach, and everyone who came out to the clinic and recital!
Below are pictures and video from the event.
